Our process always starts when a prospective client contacts us.

Our Case Managers or branch directors will contact you via email or telephone. They will go over a quick checklist of information that we will need.
Within 24 hours your case will be accepted or declined.
Declined prospective cases are due to many factors. For example- we may not be able to get approval for the investigation, there may not be enough supporting evidence of paranormal activity, out of our investigation area or we may have a tremendous case load where we are unable to assist you right away.
If you are declined because we have a huge caseload and can not get to your case within 30 days. We will ask your permission to forward your case to another paranormal group in your area. These are not random groups, these are other professional organizations that we have approved to work with our clients. We will only forward your case details with your written consent.
After the phone interview, we will schedule a pre-investigation. Pre-investigations may be held on the same day as the official investigation. This depends on how far away you are & other factors.
Post Investigation walk through....photographs will be taken of the property. Base line reading recorderd.
Client paperwork to be filled out. Giving us permission to perform the investigation, follow up investigations (at client request) and provide other assistance. All information is kept in strictest confidence, nothing regarding your case will be released....unless you give us written permission to do so. (Example: photo evidence, audio or video....clients name & locations are always kept private)
Investigation .... Our investigations can last anywhere from 2-4 hours. Sometimes they can go beyond 4 hours but this is only done with permission.
After Investigation....our team will remove all of their equipment. We are professionals and believe in leaving a residence the way we found it. You should never worry that there will be a "mess".
All evidence is reviewed, cataloged and uploaded to a secure server. An online case file is created for the client. Client are able to login and view their case at anytime.
Your case manager will contact you to go over any evidence (or lack of evidence). Scheduling a time for us to come out and provide you with a hard copy of your case.
Any post investigations or other services can be scheduled at anytime with your case manager or case director.
